Need a 15-20 min repeatable timer/alert/beep

    I need a 15-20 min alert/beep of some kind that repeats automatically )hopefully without any intervention from me) to use on my XP.

    I've got a low-back problem and I need the alert to remind me to briefly get off my butt, get out of my chair and stretch a bit.
