[HARD PROBLEM] regedit to changed windows setting?

    Hello, Can you help me this problem (to used regedit to completed)


    I need to disable some windows setting (check box) [x] mean tick (-) selected [ ] is blank


    that settings is save to regedit ?

    if used used regedit to changed that. is possible to changed ? simple changed key (0) or (1)?

    Please help me!

    [Hidden files and folders]

    [ ]Hide extensions for known file types

    in Control Panel -> Taskbar and Start Menu -> Taskbar
    Taskbar appearance
    [ ] Lock the taskbar
    [ ] Auto-hide the taskbar
    [x] Keep the taskbar on top of other windows
    [ ] Group similar taskbar buttons
    [ ] Show Quick Launch


    Notification area
    [x] Show the clock
    [ ] Hide inactive icons

    I found I need register path. But now,
    problem is changed "0" to "1" , is immediately effect ? or must REBOOT ?
