XP Kernel times at 80 - 100%

Hello,
I have a problem with my HP Pavilion dv8000
I has
I have scand the laptop for any spywares etc with S&D and Adware Se but they did not found anything. I runn a online scan as you suggested in the forum byt it did not find anything aswell.
My Hp in the safe mode is using 80 - 100 % of CPU in the task manager there are no procesys that are running. Only kernel is working and that is the problem.
I was trying to find the process that is taking the hole amont of CPU but I could not find it. I was trying to find some services aswell but it was not that.
So this it my Hijack can you help me finding the problem or this is hardware problem and something is just not working properly. I was trying to disable most of hardware in the device manager but it did not help.
I am runnig of possibilities and right now I see only one. Reinstall win XP.

I have looked over your log and have not found anything to indicate any problems.

Did the problem begin recently, perhaps coinciding with any Windows updates, or any additions to the system, be they software or hardware?

To narrow down what could be using up CPUs, install Process Explorer. You can find each and every process and mouse over them and it will show you the file path and also if any services are being used with them.

We have a few minor items to fix in HJT, unrelated to malware.

Open Hijackthis, select the [Do a system scan only] button and look over the following entries I have listed, check the boxes [] next to them and press the [Fix Checked] button. When you are doing this, make sure you have No IE windows, nor any other browsers open, including this one. Reboot if I have specified below, and post a fresh HijackThis log.
