Pre startup

    When turning on my relatively new dell pc, I see the dell loggo page then the screen goes black for about 5 minutes or so, with a white dash curser in the top left of the screen before windows starts up. Can anyone help please?

    did you add some apps into your system before this ever happened?

    the infor u gave is not good enough for us to troubleshot it,maybe you could upload some snapshots for us...
