Services and Controller Applications keeps popping up that it has an error, and I do not know how to fix it.

Then an automatic shutdown pops up and it says system32/services.exe error and gives a status code of 1073741819.

And I have tried uninstalling an application named Pando, but it will not uninstall. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Thanks for all the help.

You don't give any details of your OS - I assume XP? Please confirm which Service Pack - SP1 or SP2.

First step - look in Event Viewer under System for an error message associated with Services and Controller - should be flagged. Double click on it to open and on the icon below the up/down arrows to copy to clipboard and paste here.

Secondly, as services.exe is a system file run System File Checker ....

Start > Run > type in sfc /scannow > OK. Note the space and have your full copy of the XP install CD handy - a Recovery disk will not do.
 What is the connection between your problem and this application?

Sorry its taken so long. This is my brothers computer and the internet connection went all wonky.

Yeah, I am operating on a Windows xp service pack 2.

The services and controller application working again, so I assume that it was just that won't time and it didn't start up right.

Pando is an application that my nephew downloaded and when I went to remove it, it would go.
