Several of us that use tradestation.com noticed that about 2 weeks ago the auto complete function for the user name login stopped working and no longer retrieves the name when you type the first letter. I'm using IE6 and XP Home/PS2

We all have checked the Auto Complete settings (which are all checked off) and we are not blocking cookies or anything else to account for the changes. I also have the site listed as a Trusted Site and lowered popup to allow all secured sites (which it is). I even tried disabling the pop-up blocker all together. I have also done the Clear Passwords and Clear Forms steps to clear the history (under Connections) but that didn't help.

Management swears they didn't make any changes but we are suspicious.

Does anyone have any other suggestions that we have not tried (on either end)?

Were there any windows updates that could have caused a change?

What browser/version are you using, im guessing IE, suggest a change to Mozilla and getting a few add-on for it, I find it easy to use and very manageable for passwords and what you want or dont want it to remember, it might take a bit of getting used to but its just a suggestion

That's not helpful and does not address the problem - and please kill the bold.

As I indicated at the top, I'm using IE6 (TradeStation only works with IE).

Try zapping the cookie for the site which is where most sites store the login info.

Thanks, but deleting cookies didn't help.
