Can a tv program be d/l to a computer, then burned to a DVD, if so, what is necessary to copy the program?

If this is program that is showing on your TV the easiest way to have it on a DVD would to get a DVD player deck that has a DVD recorder built into it. They work like a VCR but record on a DVD instead of tape. If you have a TV capture hardware installed on your computer, you can use that to capture the show then use a program that will let you to make a DVD out of it. If you have Nero it has Vision Express that will do that. Of course you also need a DVD recorder installed on your system too.

Thanks, Russ, it's not for myself, but for a friend that had heard about it and was enquiring.
I'll copy and pass along your information to him.
