I am wondering if there is an easy way (or add-on) that would allow me to export a mail folder from Outlook 2003 (on XP Pro SP2) to CSV (Windows) files automatically. I am currently doing it manually so that I can get email enquiries into an Access Database, but it is getting time consuming.

    Any suggestions?

Yes - you should be able to use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create a script that will do what you want. Have you played with VBA? Have a look at the results of this Google search; it should point you in the right direction:

not had any experience with VBA, so unsure where to start, but I'll have a Google as you suggested.
