    How much "is" showing?
The 32bit versions can't use all four gigs...Not so sure I'd upgrade to the 64bit just for the more ram function.

I really wanted to get the full use of my Ram if its possible, but yea I dont know if I wanna fork over another $400 for the 64 bit either..if thats my only option.

I'm at a bit of a loss here..... When it came out, I bought Vista Ultimate Upgrade, for an exorbitant amount of money, or so I thought - 259.00 US. The box it came in, took a while to figure out how to open, but it had 2 DVDs inside - 32 & 64 bit versions. I have seen numerous posts on a lot of boards about people considering 'buying' the 64 bit version after buying/installing another version.

Did I get something that others didn't get, or whats the deal.....

BTW, if you have Home, I believe you can upgrade to Ultimate without buying the full version, just the upgrade - not gonna be cheap, but cheaper than 400.00!!

The Ultimate edition comes with both x86 and x64 DVDs in the box, with all the other retail editions you only get the x86 DVD in the box, but you can send off for the x64 DVD for the cost of postage & packing. With OEM discs you have to specify which version you want up front, so if you buy x86 and want to move to x64 you would have to buy a new OEM disc.

You may thank them for that - 64 bit drivers are scarcer than hen's teeth :)
