Outlook 2003 on XP printing issue

    when printing from an e-mail in outlook I find I am no longer getting the header info i used to like to, from, cc and subject how can i get these back again?

    I have seen this before. Are you using IE7? It's actually a bug in IE7.

    The only way to fix this is to uninstall IE7, and roll back to IE6.

    I know, the question you have is relating to Outlook, but trust me, this works. One of the users at my company had this exact problem, and this was the fix.
