Presuming two DHCP servers in the network, both has been authorizates and the (one of the server)old DHCP server's services is stopped. Tried to unauthorizate the old DHCP server but failed. Give me an error message.

My qns is do the dhcp services need to be started in order to unauthorizate the old DHCP server? And if i start the old DHCP server's DHCP services, will it has impact in my existing client DHCP ip leasing? thanks
