potential virus/malware infections Help plz with HJT log

Well, I'm tryin to play my game but it keeps minimizing and i "lag out" of diablo and my AOL Saftey and Security says it finds this file, C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3339976383-801060225-2794719477-1003\Dc114.exe
and says it will delete it , but when i try, SC0022

We were unable to delete the infected file (C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3339976383-801060225-2794719477-1003\Dc114.exe) from your PC.

so Ive done some virus scans, and spywares..i cant find anything .. i got a HJT log if you could help me, id be very thankful

I really don't see much in your log. Lets do this then let me know how things are going.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan only. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked.

Close HJT.

C:\RECYCLER is your recycle bin.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
