How to convert Realmedia to other format?

How to convert Realmedia to othef format?

I have some Realmedia files that I want to use with Windows Movie Maker (it doesn't work with .rm files.) Is there a way that I can convert my Realmedia files to MPEG or Divx or some other format that Windows Movie Maker can recognize?
