I have bought 3 new laptops for the company recently and they all seem to be suffering from the same problem, they will all come up with the error a minute or 2 after booting up. the error message says that :

generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close

then the computer becomes unresponsive and i can't do anything with it. I have tried to run antivirus scans on it to no avail I just keep getting the same error, can anyone help?

There should be more information available within the error box. Is there a application or file associated with the error?
