need help with infection

not sure what exactly caused the problem, but as of a few days ago, most websites redirect to a sweedish government website. websites redirected include google and yahoo. here is my hijackthis log and thanks for any help:

So you're saying that Google searches return you to a Swedish gov't site, or at least what appears to be a gov't site? Very odd!

I don't see anything suspicious at all, so lets get some general information with a couple of tools.

Open HJT, click the [None of the above, just start the program] button.
Then click the [Config] button in the lower right hand of the program.
Then select the [Misc Tools] button.
In the upper left hand side of the program tick the two boxes [List also minor sections (full)] button and the [List empty sections (complete)] and hit the [Generate StarupList log] button, select 'Yes' when prompted by the dialog box. The resultant scan will produce a notepad log file, please paste that log file back here for me to review.

Please download SilentRunners from here

Unzip it to the desktop and double-click on it. If you get any kind of warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.
Silent Runners will ask if you want to skip the supplementary search.
Please select 'No' to include them.
Then select 'Yes' to confirm the search.
When the scan is finished, a message will pop up and a logfile will have been created on the desktop.

Please post the entire contents of this logfile created back into this thread for me to see.

 

thanks for the reply! before i read this, i snooped around a found the bug and eliminated it. tried a few things to make sure there wasn't any remaining pieces hidden and came back all clear. couldn't have done it without the toolset you recommend in your posts, so thanks!! one more quick plea for help, what is the most efficient way to eliminate many of the programs that autostart with windows?
