When I cut and paste phone numbers and faxes from certain websites they can only be pasted into Excel as a picture (jpeg, bmp etc etc). I need to be able to either paste these as text or convert them to text once they are pasted into Excel. Is there a simple, easy way to do this ?

I had tried that before but it doesn't work. In fact the only thing that posts into notepad is the text above it- the "pictures" that contain the phone and fax numbers don't even show up. The phone and fax numbers that are "pictures" will actually only paste into either word or excel if I use "special paste" and then click on "text" but it doesn't really paste as text, it comes on a picture.

    Hello cone,

Try Wordpad, it will take images.
