I installed windows Xp pro on one labtop for work, but then decided i did not want to use that labtop for work. The previous operating system was windows xp home. Now that i tried to do a clean install with the original system, windows xp pro won't delete. The labtop now has 2 operating systems and the original one doesn't work. I would appreciate information on how to delete windows xp pro. Thank you.

Hello socaldrmer and welcome to the Board,
A how to on clean install.

Sounds as if you missed that part.

You're not saying, but If you have more than one partition on the HD, make sure you delete/install into the C partition.

    Regards - Charles
