Looking for a system maintenance program.

Up until recently, I've been using System Mechanic to do maintenance on my machine. For some reason, it just stopped working on me. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, cleared the registry, did pretty much everything but format my PC.

So I'm looking for a new program, and something not Norton-wise. Any suggestions on what is a good all-round utility program? Need something to defrag, clear unwanted stuff, find and delete duplicate things, speed up the machine, pretty much everything SM did.

 

If you get XP Home, it already contains utilities to do all of that.

 

I have XP Pro, and yes, while it does all of that, I'm looking for something that does it effectively. In other words, something that works.
