(winXP Pro; OE 6.0; IE 6.0; Dell Dimension XPS T450MHz Pentium III; Symantec AV Corporate Edition)

I need to back up my Outlook Express 6.0 for the first time into Zip100 disks, as well as everything else in my winXP computer. I found a detailed explanatiion at MS site but...each instruction line is a hyperlink so I would have to make 20 printouts (one for each hyperlink I open!). Is there a better way to print good and easy-to-follow instructiions for backing up? And will it include also my 3 separate identities, accounts, messages, and whatever else that should be backed up.?

I prefer to not install software as I don't have much memory left. Also the one time a techi backed it up, the entire computer took only 2 zip100 disks...(I hope he included everything). How to do the rest? I have Word, WordPerfect8, favorites, bookmarks,. (and probably more than I don't know about?).

Thanks so much for any help given! Adela

Thanks so much Tony! I was SO pleasantly surprised to see how many well detailed free backup tools were in that link!!!

I read some and may try them...if I get enough guts because, being the dummy that I am with hi tech things, I may get stuck in the middle and throw my arms up in desperation.. LOL!

I seemed to think that backing up manually was easier, but...

    Again, thanks very much! Adela
