    Hi,
I was not sure on how to label this problem but apparently when I did a wireless setup, two laptops and desktop, one of the laptops connects via the router which is a Linksys and the other has the owners name appearing... All three operate flawlessly but I wanted both laptops to connect the same way...My problem is I am not sure on how to make the one that's seeing the router to see it the same way the other one is ??? My guess would be to hard wire it and after I disconnect it to see if it does so then but again I'm not sure so I wanted to seek advice...Thanking you in advance, your assistance is greatly appreciated...

You would want to make your wirless security settings more precise.
There is a setting to connect to non preferred wireless
Uncheck that so that the wireless will not just log onto any open wireless signals.
You might also want to turn on the encryption on your router so that your wireless will only log onto that encrypted signal
