Free File Sharing Programs

Besides Bitorrent and Utorrent

What is the best FREE NONSPYWARE file sharing program?

Similar to Winmx from 5 years ago


I know sometimes with xp systems and the new laws or whatever,
when downloading
all you get is
connecting, timed out, qued, pending


Is there one that works similar to Imesh 7 but free?
which can take like 2 minutes to download music

 

I've moved this to the other software forum since it really doesn't have anything to do with XP.

 

There really is no 'safe' file sharing site. Or rather, I should say there are safe P2P sites, but they usually are not what infects you, its the sharing of unknown files that gets you.

And aside from the legal ramifications, I won't get into how the RIAA tracks people, makes mistakes and all that, is it really worth potentially losing your data\system to save a few bucks? Not in my opinion.
