Downloading Problems

    Hello,
    Using Windows XP PRO, Service Pack2, Internet Explorer 6.
    I am trying to download a huge file using a dialup connection. I can only get 10 are 12 Kb downloaded, and keep getting this message. "Setup[1].exe has encountered a problem, and needs to close'. How can I correct this problem? any help greatly appreciated.

    Hello Coyote.

    Are you trying to install a program by using the "run" option?

    If that's the case, use the "save" option and once the setup file is downloaded, run the install from the HD location you downloaded the file to.

    Hello Charles,
    I was trying to Run the program. I used Save, and then installed the program. It worked fine. Thank you for you'r help.
