how to Undelete my Xp back?

I have alot of old data saved. Somehow i re-install XP
But i didn't format it. Xp just overwrite it.
how to get back my Desktop all items and IE favorites?

Not important:
Why I lost my data
I used to able to reinstall XP by click repair instead of full install
Somehow this time, I unable to "Repair" due to system will installing half way
So i had no choice to click fresh install, BUT i didn't format
So can get back my items in desktop and IE favorites?

 

hi, i found myself the answer
is still at Documents and Settings,
just that i change my installation name, that why need to copy all to my new one
