Can Seamonkey 1.1.1 be opened in Safe Mode as Firefox and Thunderbird in order to disable an extension or do repairs? I have no option in the SM folder but I did a custom install and did not install debugger. I tried to do it from the run command [seamonkey -safe-mode] and it opened in normal mode.

    quickshot,

There isn't a command line argument for Safe Mode in SeaMonkey, as far as I can tell, and I don't know when that particular function is going to be available. I have asked at Mozilla, and hopefully will have an answer for you soon.

I re-installed the SM 1.1.1 and installed the complete install but still no option in the Seamonkey folder.

You're right, and when that function will be implemented remains to be seen.

Probably when they come out with Suiterunner and it has the toolbox as they have in the new Firefox.

    is this it? http://wiki.mozilla.org/SeaMonkey:suiterunner
I think that it may apply to SM1.5, which has been in alpha since last year.
I agree with you. One should be able to disable addons and themes like other programs.

Good to hear from you. I will be awaiting for the new Seamonkey or whatever it will be called. I love the Suite but I know others cherish the separate programs.
Too bad Creighton or UNL could not of advanced it the tournaments.

Literally, that's the way the ball bounces.
I may take an another look at Seamonkey1.5a, and see what is being done, if anything. I gave up on it after one year, at the a stage.
