Sending the same email to more then one email address at the same time

hi, when i receive emails from companies, in the To field it says my email address, obviously these companies don't send emails to each email address individually, they must send alot of emails all in one go, so does outlook 2003 or outlook 2007 have the facility where i can send let say 10 emails to 10 email addresses all in one go and each of those 10 emails that people receive, it will just say in their To field just their email address and no other email address, if none of the outlook programs have that facility, is their another program you know of? many thanks for your help

 

They use the same system that spammers use, a bulk mailer.

The other option is to use mail merge in Word. Have a look at this guide:

hi reggieB, great, thank you, i've just downloaded office 2007 60 day trial version and yes the mail merge works great, i have read briefly through the help file and the above link you emailed me but do you know when you do a mail merge to email addresses, can you insert file attachments?

I am pretty sure you will be able to, but as I don't use that version of Office nor do a lot of mail merging, I can't tell you exactly how to. However a google search seems to get your answer:
