I have a client running Vista and using windows mail as their email client. They are using Wave cable as their ISP and can not send emails. Any attempt to send nets a "your server has unexpectedly termiated the connection" error (Error 0x800ccc0f) They have the correct mail server setting (wavecable is POP3 mail.wavecable.com port 25). Vista is currently up to date. Firewall is set to allow windows mail.
    any ideas?
