Thank you Goddez. I did that and got rid of all those files with the 21787 number. File doesn't load any more.

I have a wireless at home too. Works great in one room but the other rooms flake out from time to time. I feel your pain. :)

Thanks for all the help. I really dont want to move files. UGH! LOL!

    Override

To override website font and color settings
If you want to have the fonts and colors you specify in Internet Explorer to be used for all websites, regardless of the fonts that have been set by the website designer, follow these steps.

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Accessibility.
Select the Ignore colors specified on webpages, Ignore font styles specified on webpages, and Ignore font sizes specified on webpages check boxes, and then click OK twice.

You're gonna get hollered at braddky cuz she already tried that three times in the earlier part of this thread. :D

It is hard to believe that it didn't work though. :D

I think it's going to take the creation of a new user account with administrator rights and copying the old account into the new per MS instructions here.

LOL! I won't yell. But it is strange that it wont fix it.

something else... I went to copy the files, per the link above, and it keeps telling me that the file folder is empty and access is denied. *sigh* I can't win for losing.

    grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

    Duh

I went to the main (corrupted) user file and did a little property checking and what appears to have happened is it was listed as "private" under the Sharing tab. So lets see if I can copy now.

*grumbles* stupid pc. i hate it. *grumbles* LOL

So I created the new user, copied the files (after some investigative work) but now i have new problems. *Sigh* Suppose I'll create a new thread for that after I search for the problem itself.

Just to summarize: New user can't use Outlook 2003. It won't find the program anywhere. Even the exact location of it wont find it. So it seems I need to reinstall it. Which means because I don't know what Office KEY was used, i have to buy a new one. *grumble* Additionally, ALL my Office 2003 products have to go through their "install" mode and "configuring" mode each start up. The first time I tried to print, it shut down but then worked. So I'm at a loss here. :(
