first, a warning: i attempted to add the firefox "newsmonster" extension, and long story short it locked itself into the browser and did not work at all, so i ended up reinstalling the browser (yes, i did attempt the "uninstall extensions" scenario but ffox was still a mess...)... so, if you try out newsmonster, be sure to backup and save whatever you might need later should the same thing happen to you...

now, i had just recently started playing around with a "home page" that allowed setting up links on it, and i would like to go back to it and do some more testing on it, but all trails to it are gone, and i simply cannot remember where i picked it up from; but, i think that it was named something like "memelist" or nemelist or menelist, altho searching on those and other keywords does not hit on anything...

so, i was wondering if anyone might happen to know what it was that i had run across before newsmonster ate it all...?

nope, that's not it; again, it was a "home page" upon which you could set up blocks of links -- kind of like a place to have your favorite frequented bookmarks
