    Hi All,

    I'm looking for a "Do-all" graphics converter. Something that will convert just about any graphic to an .ico, .jpeg, .gif, et al. Freeware or shareware (under $25 or so). Any suggestions? :)

    No clue at where to start with a "Do-it-all" app.....
    But have heard good things about irfanview

    Hello

    Irfan View can be considered the best choise;
    I use it for 3 years now and never has disappointed me.To take full advantage of its power you also need to download the plugins.
    Irfan is free for personal use.
