what are the frequency and multiplyer settings for a celeron R 2.40ghz

 

The (R) just means Registered. Is this a 478-pin Celeron 4 with 128 KiB cache?

You should not have to adjust any settings, the motherboard's BIOS should read the information from the CPU and make the correct settings. You should find and read through the motherboard manual.
