Can I set up a rule that moves a sent email into another folder rather than the "Sent Items "?

Have you looked through the rules to see if this is an option?

Yes, all rules seem to apply to inbox email. when you start to set up a rule it says,

"Apply this rule after the message arrives "

I can only find a check box relating to sent items and it says,

"Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder "

I was hoping that I could set up the same sort of rule as can be applied to the inbox. All messages with orders to the orders folder etc.

I thought I had done it before...must have been dreaming about an ideal world again.

    Ta,

Actually it looks like you can...

    Start from a blank rule
    check message after sending
    through the specified account
move a copy to the specified folder
