Microsoft Works Error

    i don't know what happened..i was using works a couple days ago and now i can't open anything thats in works..i get this error

    please help..i can't go on the support.microsoft.com site..its been down for a couple months..thanks

    drareg - Welcome to the Board :)

    You don't give your OS, but I am guessing it is XP - correct?

    Two options - either reinstall MS Works as suggested or use System Restore to restore the computer back to a point before the problems arose.

    yes i have XP..i don't know how to reinstall MS Works..because it came with the computer..but i'll try the system restore..thanks

    system restore worked great ! thanks again ! but do you happen to know why support.microsoft.com is down ?
