    I have Win 2000. Being a home user, is this really necessary to do? The one link to tzedit.exe seems to make it look easy, yet when I look at the instructions to do this at Microsoft, it seems more involved. Just want to make sure I don't mess with anything that does not need it and create more problems -- such as a message from MSN saying: Oops! Sorry, but that program had some bugs, etc., etc.
