One of our clients is using MS Outlook 2k3. Her system decided to crash due to a video driver conflict and we successfully brought her back up and running again. After this crash for some reason, the font sizes on emails within the Inbox, including it's subfolders, and reading panes have turned bold, changed approx 2 pts. larger and appears to now be in Verdana. Originally, composition and reading fonts had been set to Arial 10pt (tbh, I don't know if the crash has anything to do with this, just coincidence or smt)

This font change hasn't affected anything else in the system; IE, Windows Explorer, My Computer, other MS Office 2k3 products, etc. This font change hasn't even affected other aspects of Outlook 2k3 such as composing or opening emails, menus, calendar, etc.

I've tried changing the fonts in Tools > Options > Mail Format Tab > Fonts..., but these changes do not seem to affect her Reading Pane and mailbox folders. I've check in all the places I could think of for changing Outlook settings, but still no luck. I even went so far as to check the Accessability tools in Start > Programs > Accessories > Assessability to see if there was some sort of magnification or font enlargement tool running (although I doubted this since nothing else in Windows XP was being affected.

Any ideas out there? Thanks for the help

I found it. View > Arrange By > Current View > Customize Current View > Other Settings button. I was able to reset everything back to default Arial.

I guess now I need to find out how it changed in the first place.
