I am downloading driver updates for another pc, need to split these files to floppies, then recombine files on other pc in the original form with files recombined. Tried a couple of free utilities to do this, not able to get either to work. Anybody have one to recommend?

Thanks for responding, I find both suggested files helpful and plan on using them. :)

There is another one execelent for what you are doing...

It is called File Chopper, and you can find it from www.Metacrawler.com

It not only breaks the file down to what ever size is convenient for you, USING STRAIGHT PLAIN DOS Commands, it creates a dos batch file just run it, and it puts what ever file is broken up, right back together again.

It does use a windows interface, point & click, browse whatever you want to do then just copy the end files to floppies, and copy those wherever...

Side note.. on each floppy, prior to use, format then run scan disk.

Tedious to the max, however saves very much time with bad sectors...
