When highlighting message in OE 6, I receive a "script error" message from IE 7. All IE 7 advanced options set to allow scripting. Firewall and anti-virus stable, and do not seem to be the prob. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks...

Try tools/internet options/advanced/browsing/ 1. Put check-mark in "disable script debugging "(Both "other" and Internet Explorer" boxes) and . 2. Remove check mark from "Display a notification about every script error ". /apply/OK , and then Try tools/internet options/advanced/scroll down: under Microsoft virtual machine make sure all boxes are unchecked.

Thank you...disabling script debugging did not help. I have no selection under /advanced/scrolling for 'Microsoft Virtual Macine.' I do have IE 7, and it's up to date. I suspect prob may be related to JAVA environment, but still no fix. Any other suggestions? Website searches rarely refer to IE 7 probs.

Glad you got it solved. Thanks for letting us know what worked. Since I use Eudora instead of OE, for security reasons, I would never have guessed that.
