PHOTOSHOP beginner

    Hello; I'm not much of a computer person for using complicated software, Burning DVDs & Cd's are OK but what I'm looking for is a photo editing software, like photoshop to make fun of the family, switching bodies on someone, stretching out there hands giving them big eyes, things like that. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars, I would like to keep it under $100. I have a desktop windows XP home p-4 2.0GHz 1g of ram. 128 something something ATI Technologies Inc. Can you recommend some software.
