After windows update

Good morning,everyone

Last night, i updated my system from the windows update web.
But, after all the update was completed, there have little free space about disk C.
What can i do to increase the space of disk C?
If i want to del the update files in the folder c:\windows, what's the best way??

Doug Knox has supplied a tool to clean up the hot fix backups that works very well.

Get it here.

Any that are left you will have to manually delete but be sure they are working correctly since you may need to uninstall some troublesome ones.
