    Hi, Keith. :)

Please carefully follow all the instructions in this link and then paste your DebugWiz-generated BSOD dump log analysis reports in this thread. The information the DebugWiz-generated reports provide might help us narrow down the culprit more quickly.

After pasting your DebugWiz-generated information, if you want to immediately proceed with troubleshooting yourself, then have a look at this 4-page article:

If you're seeking help on how to paste the DebugWiz-generated dump log information into this thread, then do the following.

    1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad.
    2. Click File > Open and then navigate to the root folder of your C:\ drive.
    3. Click on the debuglog.txt file.
    4. Click on the "Open" button.
    5. After the debuglog.txt data is displayed in Notepad, click Edit > Select All.
    6. Click Edit > Copy.
    7. Open a "Post Reply" message in this forum thread.
    8. Right-click in the forum message body editing section and then select "Paste ".
    9. Then click the "Submit Reply" button to post your new forum reply.

We'll look at your dump data and we'll help you if we can. :)

    Hi, Keith.
I was hoping someone more familiar with BSODs would offer suggestions about your problem. Perhaps you haven't received a reply because you need to "fix" your symbols and then run DebugWiz again before any useful information can be obtained from your dumps.

Perhaps all you need to do is be connected to the Internet while running DebugWiz so DebugWiz (and the Debugging Tools for Windows) can retrieve the correct symbols information from Microsoft while generating the crash dump analysis report.

You might need to download and/or reinstall the Debugging Tools for Windows (15.2 MB) or perhaps even download/install the entire Symbols Package (195 MB for Windows XP SP2).

(Experts: If my suggestions are ever off-base, please let me know.)
