Bug in the UserAgent Addon Bar with Linux

I am not sure how many here this will affect, but I have ran across a rather nasty bug when using the Useragent bar addon in Linux.

After you install it, it disables the menu bar and your bookmarks for all non-root users.

Others have reported this bug to the developers and I believe that they are working on ironing this out.

Just thought that I would pass this along.

Thanks for passing on the information for Linux users! I am totally UNsavvy re: Linux, but there will be others who will benefit from this heads up. A nasty bug indeed!!

I was going nuts until I thought to check bugzilla and found it. I had wiped out my profile and deleted my user account thinking I had damaged my account somehow. It just kept coming back. I finally created a new account and it did it with that one also. I finally decided it was a bug so I went looking to see if it had been reported. I add a comment about the bug so maybe they can work it out because it is such a useful utility.

I guess I am stuck with the old prefs.js hack for now.
