MSN Messenger virus??

My sister has what I believe to be a virus which demonstartes itself through MSN Messenger. Whenever she send a message the following messages come up as well...

hey, want me to send my new pic?
i took it yesterday

I remember hearing somewhere that this was a virus, but I can not find anything on it.

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to remove it? Uninstalling and reinstalling MSN Messenger did not work.

I have sent the information to my sister so that she can clean the thing off her system.
