What are these files in my Windows Folder?

    What are the files titled $NtUnistallWudf01000$ ? There are a ton of them in my Windows folder on disk C. I was deleting and cleaning up my pc awhile back and they were not there now they are. I don't want to delete them w/o knowing what they are. Does anyone know what they are? Each one has a similar title all with Unistall in it.
    Any Advice Would Be Appreciated!!

    Those are the uninstall files for the MS hotfixes that you have downloaded and installed. You can delete them if you are sure none of the "fixes" are causing any problems. I suggest that if you have installed IE7 that you leave that one in particular.

    I use the Doug Knox tool linked in that article to do the job.
