strange item in downloaded program files

    when i use my disk cleanup on downloaded program files there is an item called mu web control class. what in the heck is this. it was downloaded back in 2005. if its not important can i get delete this? its not a virus but ive checked the computer to see what it does and i get nothing. any info appreciated. im just curious as ive never heard of it.

    A quick googling for muwebcontrol class (click) gave results. Maybe you'll find a reason to not delete it?

    so in other words it has something to do with microsoft updates? ok ill leave it alone. i just dont like having weird things in the computer that i dont know what they are or what they do. i guess if it aint broke i wont fix it. thanks for the info. :)
