I'm looking for cheap PC mods.

Does anyone know of any really good mod sites in the UK, or if possible do you know of any electronics shops that would stock what I'm looking for.

Ideally, I'd like a sound activated neon light (Preferably black light), also I seen some neon string/wire on one of the US mod sites, I'd like some sort of digital display, maybe with just the temp, or a message of some sort (Back lit), and also is there anywhere I can buy a 7 segment display, so that I could have my processor speed... even if I had to make the circuit myself.
