I have a Dual Athlon MP 1900+ system with a a7m266-d motherboard from Asus. In Windows XP, when you right click on My Computer and left click Properties, it shows that it is an Athlon XP 1900+, not MP. Is this a common problem, and is everything functioning normally, or do I need to do something about that and what do I need to do if so?

Professional. I realize that Home does not have SMP capabilities. It says that I have a multiprocessor system, and under environment variables it says "number of processors - 2" so I know it is detecting both of them.

Then it's probably just a "display" issue. I think that processor was released after WinXP, so that would explain.....
