windows diagnostic tool...

    When ever i start up my computer i get the windows diagnostic tool and will complete it then restart the tool all over again and keep going.
    I cannot boot in safe mode or anything it will automatically bring me to the diagnostic tool and i cannot get out of the screen please help.

    You'll need to post way more info than that. Error messages would be a great start. Also: when did this start? What did you change?

    i used a tool i forget what its called but it was to remove beta vista. it said to make a back up cd so i did little did i know that the cd didnt burn right.
    Now i cannot access much.

    Can't give any help with the information given.

    Only suggestion at this point is to reboot the PC with your Windows XP disk, delete/recreate the partition & reinstall XP.

    You will loose all info/files currently on the PC.
