Block Senders Tab

    Can someone please tell me where to find the block senders tab in OE 2003? Inadvertently blocked an incoming email message from a friend and want to remove his name from the blocked senders list. Help says to open the Blocked Senders Tab and remove the individual's name. Can't find the tab in the OE standard menu bar. Thanks for the asasistance.

    In OE click tools>message rules>blocked senders list.
