I'm trying to calculate the amount of extra payment to apply to my mortgage in order to pay it off by a certain date. When I get into the financial worksheets then select standard loan analysis I can get everything to work fine except the spreadsheet will only display the first 24 payments of the loan. I guess there must be a way to get the remaining 92 payments to display but after trying for the better part of three hours I figured it best to come to the experts. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jack

I'm still looking for an answer to my original post. I figured out a tedious work around. I take the last loan numbers from payment 24 and start a new loan with those numbers. The only problem is that I have to change the numbers on each spreadsheet after the first one to see how different payment amounts change the payoff date. If anyone has a better idea please let me know. Thanks again, Jack

No solution for Works 8, but Mortgage calculators are plentiful on the web. Many run from a web view with no download/installation required. Example, Mortgage Loan Calculators web site offers Mortgage Monthly Payment Calculator . Calculator allows for 3x variables of "extra payments" against your current mortgage requirements.
