Netscape lost address book and all folders

hey guys,

can someone help me here...the computer guy at my office did some upgrades having to do with our server and apparently made some changes to my account. i've lost my address book and more importantly the list of folders that i have developed over years with ssome emails and infor that just can't be replaced. can anyone offer any assistance? i'm new on this list and am not sure if a reply will come to my email addy.

Very common problem . Read the article, carefully, because the instructions are different with different operating systems. You should not have have any problem finding your mail if the hard drive and operating systems are the same.
