Iver the past week I have been getting several BSOD's or reboots. It is a Dell 1750 running Win2K SP5 with 3 GB RAM running ColdFusion  and IIS.

Here is the WinDbg contents from the last crash...

I've got older ones if it will help. There does not appear to be much similarity between them.

This is a production web server so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do a memory check on your system.

From the stack trace, I cannot find the footprint of non-Microsoft device driver. The windows is crashed at IRQL x'ff' which is invalid IRQL. Probably it is ram problem. Run memtest to stress test the ram.

One minidump is insufficient to find out the culprit. Attach more debug reports here.

We replaced the memory over the weekend and the crashes seem to have slowed down (only 1 so far) which is not perfect, but better than before.

That crash did not generate a memory.dmp file.

    I'll keep you posted.

Any finding at the system event log

Do you find anything from the system event log of your latest system crashes?

Since the memory was replaced there have not been any further problems (knock on wood) so hopefully we're done with this mess. Thanks to all for your help!
